The non-HEMA specialized vendors gear items will be examined by the organizers and approved for competition or not, on a case by case basis, without appeal.
Longsword measurements:
Total length - from 105 to 135 cm.
Weight - from 1300 - 1650 gr. (1200 -1650 gr. for Ladies)
Blade length - from 85 to 105 cm.
Crossguard width - from 20 to 30 cm. (rings are not allowed)
Grip length, including pommel - from 20 to 35 cm.
Blade flexibility* - blades must flex at 9-16 kg.
*The stiffness of the blade can be checked by the organisers, at the initial gear check.
