This event is meant to build our regional community. Anyone volunteering for this event is considered staff. There is no remuneration for staffing at this event, but like most HEMA events, it is run by volunteers.
Low-tier (HEMA weighted ratings 1300 and below) Longsword is designed to be beginner-friendly for competitors and judges. Results will be submitted to HEMA Ratings.
Duels (Mixed weapons) event is designed to reduce the time spent waiting for your next match and maximize the number of matches you can safely have. The goal is to have fun and encourage displays of sportsmanship. This tournament will be unrated.
