The primary purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for relatively
inexperienced fencers to gain tournament experience, both in competing and in
marshalling.
It will also provide an opportunity for fencers from the participating schools to
encounter different fencing styles and learn to adapt to them.
The participation of high-ranking fencers (Boss Fight) will provide an opportunity for
less experienced competitors to benchmark their performance against general HEMA
competition standards.
