There will be light snacks provided at the event but you will need to get your own lunch. I recommend bringing one as there won’t necessarily be time during the tournament to leave the venue.

SAFETY
One of our key goals is to run a safe event. First aid equipment will be on hand if required. Please report any injuries to me (Gindi) including those you deem very minor. If you suspect a serious injury, heat stroke, or concussion please report it to me immediately.

POST EVENT DINNER & DRINKS

On Saturday and Sunday we will go to the Stolberg for drinks/dinner from 5:30 pm onward. The Stolberg is at:

The Stolberg,

When we do the tournament briefing each day I will ask if you plan to attend drinks that evening and make a booking using those numbers. Have a think now so you know how to answer tomorrow.
